Blanka Zizka
Blanka Zizka was a Co-artistic Director of The Wilma Theater from 1981 to 2010, and the sole Artistic Director until 2021. She has directed over 70 plays and musicals at the Wilma. In January 2016 she received the Vilcek Prize, which is awarded annually to immigrants who have made lasting contributions to American society. She also received the Zelda Fichandler Award from the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation in 2011, and was a Fellow at the 2015 Sundance Institute/LUMA Foundation Theatre Directors Retreat.

Patreshettarlini Adams
Patreshettarlini (‘Pat’) Adams (she/her) is the Resident Stage Manager at the Wilma Theater. She has been with the organization since 1996 and has worked on over 100 productions there. She has been a member of Actor’s Equity for over 31 years.
Pat’s has also worked with the Crossroads Theatre Company, New Brunswick, NJ; Freedom Theatre, Philadelphia, PA; New Victory Theater, NYC; Ford’s Theater, Washington, DC; The National Black Theater Festival, Winston-Salem, NC; The National Black Arts Festival, Atlanta, GA.; the Standard Bank National Arts Festival, Grahamstown, South Africa. She has traveled internationally with the dance company, Noche Flamenca!
Pat serves as a Board Member for Theatre Philadelphia. She is a Lay Leader of Emmanuel UMC And is a lifetime member of the SMA and Board member for the Foundation for Stage Managers. She has received the Bonaly Recognition for Stage Management (2017); the IUP Alumni Award of Distinction (2018); a 2020 recipient of the Del Hughes Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Art of Stage Management.
